Saheal Tablets contain tadalafil 20 mg, a prescription medicine used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men. Tadalafil belongs to a class of medicines known as phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. It works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, helping achieve and maintain an erection suitable for satisfactory sexual activity. It is effective only with sexual stimulation and does not increase sexual desire. Saheal is one of the tadalafil brands registered by the Tanzania Medicines and Medical Devices Authority (TMDA).
Tadalafil may begin to work within 30 minutes, and its effects can last for up to 36 hours in some individuals. Individual response varies.
How to use: Take one tablet at least 30 minutes before sexual activity, with or without food, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not take more than one dose in 24 hours.
Warnings:
Do not use with nitrate medicines (such as nitroglycerin or isosorbide) or guanylate cyclase stimulators (e.g. riociguat), as this may cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.
Consult your healthcare provider before use if you have heart disease, recent heart attack or stroke, severe liver or kidney disease, or certain eye conditions.
Seek immediate medical attention if an erection lasts longer than 4 hours or if you experience sudden vision or hearing loss.
