Apcalis Tablets 20mg contain tadalafil 20 mg, a prescription medicine used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men. Tadalafil works by relaxing blood vessels and increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, helping achieve and maintain an erection suitable for satisfactory sexual activity. It is effective only with sexual stimulation and does not increase sexual desire.
Apcalis Tablets may begin to work in as little as 30 minutes, and the effects can last for up to 36 hours in some individuals. Individual response varies.
How to use: Take one tablet at least 30 minutes before sexual activity, with or without food, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not take more than one dose in 24 hours.
Warnings:
Do not use with nitrate medicines (such as nitroglycerin or isosorbide) or guanylate cyclase stimulators (e.g. riociguat), as this may cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.
Consult your healthcare provider before use if you have heart disease, recent heart attack or stroke, severe liver or kidney disease, or certain eye conditions.
Seek immediate medical attention if an erection lasts longer than 4 hours or if you experience sudden vision or hearing loss.
