ERECTO 100 Tablets contain sildenafil citrate 100 mg, a prescription medicine used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men. Sildenafil works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, helping men achieve and maintain an erection sufficient for satisfactory sexual activity. It is effective only with sexual stimulation and does not increase sexual desire.
How to use: Take one tablet approximately 30–60 minutes before sexual activity, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not take more than one dose in 24 hours. The tablet may be taken with or without food, although a high-fat meal may delay its effect. Avoid excessive alcohol, as it may reduce the medicine's effectiveness.
Warnings:
Do not use if you are taking medicines containing nitrates (e.g. nitroglycerin or isosorbide), as this may cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.
Consult your healthcare provider before use if you have heart disease, low blood pressure, recent stroke or heart attack, severe liver disease, or certain eye conditions.
Seek immediate medical attention if an erection lasts longer than 4 hours or if you experience sudden vision or hearing loss.
