ERECTO 50mg Tablets contain sildenafil citrate 50 mg, a prescription medicine used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men. Sildenafil works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, helping achieve and maintain an erection suitable for satisfactory sexual activity. It is effective only with sexual stimulation and does not increase sexual desire.
The 50 mg strength is a commonly recommended starting dose for many men, although the appropriate dose should always be determined by a healthcare professional based on individual response and medical condition.
How to use: Take one tablet approximately 30–60 minutes before sexual activity, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not take more than one tablet in 24 hours. It may be taken with or without food, although a high-fat meal may delay the onset of action. Avoid excessive alcohol, as it may reduce the medicine's effectiveness.
Warnings:
Do not use with nitrate medicines (such as nitroglycerin or isosorbide) because this can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.
Consult your healthcare provider before use if you have heart disease, uncontrolled high or low blood pressure, severe liver disease, kidney disease, or certain eye disorders.
Seek immediate medical attention if an erection lasts longer than 4 hours or if you experience sudden vision or hearing loss.
