At Offradar Pharmacy, we are committed to supplying genuine, safe and high-quality medicines and healthcare products. Because medicines require strict handling and storage conditions, returns and refunds are subject to the policy below.

Prescription medicines are generally not eligible for return or exchange once dispensed or delivered, except where the return is due to an error by Offradar Pharmacy or where applicable law requires otherwise.
Examples of errors include:
Non-prescription medicines and other healthcare products may be eligible for return where they are delivered damaged, defective, expired or incorrectly supplied.
Approved returns should normally be unused, unopened and in their original packaging unless the defect cannot reasonably be identified without opening the product.
The following products generally cannot be returned unless the problem resulted from an error by Offradar Pharmacy:
Customers should notify Offradar Pharmacy as soon as possible and, where practical, within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Please provide:
Claims submitted after 48 hours may be more difficult to verify and may not be accepted where the delay prevents us from establishing the condition or cause of the problem, subject to applicable law.
All return, replacement and refund requests are subject to review. Offradar Pharmacy may inspect the product and verify the reported issue before approving a replacement or refund.
This may include checking the product condition, packaging, expiry information, order records and delivery records.
Where a return is approved because Offradar Pharmacy supplied the wrong, damaged, defective or expired product, Offradar Pharmacy will bear the reasonable return delivery cost or arrange collection where practical.
Where a return is approved for another reason and the customer is responsible for the return, reasonable return shipping or courier costs may apply.
If a claim is approved, Offradar Pharmacy may provide one of the following remedies, depending on the circumstances:
Approved refunds will normally be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
The time required for a refund to appear in a customer's account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable return and refund rules will apply.
If an order does not arrive, arrives incomplete or appears to have been delivered to the wrong location, please contact Offradar Pharmacy as soon as possible so that the delivery can be investigated.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information and for following appropriate storage instructions after receiving healthcare products.
Offradar Pharmacy may not be responsible for damage caused after delivery by incorrect storage, misuse, tampering or other actions outside our control.
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or limit any rights or protections that customers may have under applicable laws and regulations in Tanzania.
