Gofen 400mg Capsules contain ibuprofen 400mg, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used for the short-term relief of pain, inflammation and fever.
Gofen 400mg may be used for the relief of headaches, migraine, toothache, muscular aches, backache, menstrual pain (period pain), joint and rheumatic pain, as well as fever and discomfort associated with colds and flu.

Each softgel capsule contains Ibuprofen 400mg.
How Gofen Works
Ibuprofen reduces the production of prostaglandins, substances involved in causing pain, inflammation and fever. Gofen is formulated as a softgel capsule containing solubilized ibuprofen.
How to Take
Adults and children over 12 years: take 1 capsule every 4–6 hours when required. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose stated on the product packaging or advised by a healthcare professional.
Important Precautions
Gofen should be used at the lowest effective dose for the shortest possible duration. Avoid combining it with other NSAIDs unless advised by a healthcare professional. Extra caution is required in people with a history of stomach ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, kidney problems or previous allergic reactions to ibuprofen, aspirin or other NSAIDs.
